Memphis City Schools Taps Belz Construction for Renovation of Gragg Information and Technology Center

Belz Construction has been selected to renovate the 30,000 SF Gragg Information and Technology Center located at 3772 Jackson Avenue.  The renovation will convert one of the main buildings on the site built in the 1960’s from a cafeteria and kitchen facility to an office and technology environment.  The new space will include modular office furnishings with cubicles and technology upgrades to accommodate approximately sixty staff members working in Information Technology Services being relocated to the Gragg Center.  Included in the renovation is a new parking lot which will accommodate over 100 vehicles.  The project is scheduled for completion in November, 2010.
